Nutri Fine Maida is refined wheat flour milled to a fine, smooth consistency. It blends readily with liquids and other ingredients, helping form cohesive batters and workable doughs for a wide range of household baking and cooking applications. Use it to prepare cakes, biscuits, breads, buns, pastries, pizza bases, naan, samosas and fried snacks. It can also be incorporated into sauces, gravies, coatings and selected desserts where a smooth texture and reliable binding are required.

Usage

Sift Nutri Fine Maida when required, then measure and combine it with the liquids, fats, leavening agents or seasonings specified in the selected recipe. Use it for cakes, biscuits, cookies, breads, buns, pizza bases, pastries, naan, kulcha, samosa wrappers and fried coatings.
